Marie-Louise Timcke heads the interactive department at Funke Mediengruppe and will talk about how they are telling stories with numbers and interactive graphics.
She is a programming journalist and works with an interdisciplinary team of developers, designers and journalists on new research methods and visual narrative forms. While studying data journalism at TU Dortmund, she founded Journocode, an initiative for more data literacy and IT skills in journalism.
